Abstracts on any theme of the conference should reach the Organizing Secretary on or before 31st August 2026, by e-mail to icsem2026@gmail.com.
Abstracts must clearly indicate the purpose of the paper, major results, implications and key references. Authors should clearly mention under which theme the paper is to be included.
Once the abstract is accepted, a soft copy of the final paper in Microsoft Word must be submitted to the Organizing Secretary by 30th September 2026.

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit high quality original, previously unpublished, experimental or theoretical research papers for presentation at the Conference. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The paper should be in the format strictly as per the Paper Template given below. The papers should be drafted in English with a maximum of Eight (8) pages and minimum of 4 pages including figures, tables and references. The paper will be peer reviewed by domain experts of the respective tracks by the Technical Program Committee. Authors should submit the papers through CMT Microsoft. Kindly do not submit the paper multiple times; it may lead to cancellation of your paper.
Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. The conference team will be checking the plagiarism level of all the submitted papers for ensuring the originality of content using drillbit/Turnitin with an acceptable limit of 15% including References and Maximum Acceptable AI-Generated Content: 15%

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN number, in the form of an e-book; a hard copy will be provided based on early request with additional charges. Selected papers will be considered for publication in indexed journals, subject to additional fees charged by the publisher.
All accepted papers will be presented during the conference. Authors from industry (corporate professionals), academia, research institutions and student communities are invited to present their accepted papers using the prescribed presentation format.
